DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS?

Delivery by transport agency in 24-48 h. The carrier is responsible for contact and take the order to the address provided previously.

SIZES OF THE FIXIE HELLIOT?

In the photos you will see measures of bicycles. All our bikes have a standard box size m/l (fits 1′ 65m up to 1′ 85m people), but if you’re very high, up to 1’90 m, we recommend our Tribeca family.


CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS?

To change, cancellation or refund of your order contact incidencias@helliot-bikes.eu, we will advise you and we will show how to do it.

For performing this return must know that:

The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Bicycles not may have been assembled, tested, trasteadas, etc… Helliot Bikes is not responsible for a bad Assembly by the customer.

Outlet products may contain any tare (a small stripe, defects in sticker etc…)
